Your contribution:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
  • Align resources, monitor schedules, and adjust workflows to meet production targets and optimize output.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Enforce workplace safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Ensure all products meet company and industry standards, working closely with quality teams to address any deviations.
     

Your profile:

  • English sdvanced
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and team management.
  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and EHS
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
