Overview
The HR Intern will support the People Experience team in delivering exceptional HR services and ensuring a positive employee experience. This is a 90-day internship contract designed to provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The intern will work closely with People Experience Specialists and other HR team members to assist in day-to-day tasks and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding process by preparing materials and supporting orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HRIS data entry for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
  • Monitor HR inboxes and respond to basic employee inquiries or escalate as needed.
  • Complete assigned projects related to HR compliance.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events planning.
  • Help gather and organize data for HR reports and analytics.
  • Provide administrative support for performance review cycles and other HR programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and Learning & Development when needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in learning HR processes and systems.
  • English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
