Descripción del puesto
Como Agente de Experiencias de Huéspedes en OUR HABITAS, serás la cara visible e interfaz principal entre huéspedes y la empresa, asegurándote de brindar experiencias memorables en cada interacción. Entre tus responsabilidades destacan la atención a las necesidades de los huéspedes, el manejo de sus solicitudes y la resolución de cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir durante su estancia. Este es un contrato temporal para un puesto presencial ubicado en Bacalar, ROO.

Requisitos

  • Excelentes aptitudes de servicio al cliente y comunicación interpersonal, con enfoque en crear experiencias personalizadas y únicas.
  • Capacidades organizativas y atención al detalle para gestionar solicitudes y resolver problemas de manera eficaz.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés; un tercer idioma será una ventaja adicional.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas informáticos básicos y manejo de software hotelero es altamente valorado.
  • Actitud proactiva, amigable, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y habilidades para manejar situaciones bajo presión.
