We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) systems across enterprise applications. This role focuses on building scalable, production-ready AI solutions for real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and decision support systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML technologies into cloud-native infrastructure while maintaining high standards of performance, reliability, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML systems and integrate with Generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with the data science teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge continuity
- Optimize AI/ML pipelines for real-time data handling, scalability, and develop APIs for seamless system communication
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab and leverage cloud-native technologies for scalable AI solutions
- Conduct testing, benchmarking, and documentation to ensure AI/ML systems meet performance and functional requirements
- Lead AI/ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to roadmaps, aligning solutions with project goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or a combination of software development and AI-driven solutions, with extensive expertise in integrating AI/ML into enterprise-scale applications
- Strong track record of delivering scalable AI/ML systems
Skills:
- Expertise in fine-tuning large language models
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications
- Experience designing production-grade AI pipelines for real-time decision-making and predictive analytics
- Proficient in cloud-based AI solutions using AWS services such as Athena, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS, and S3
- Skilled in Python programming, data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark), and API development for system integration
- Knowledgeable in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), version control (Git), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile development
