Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive
    test plans
    and
    test cases
    for new features and product enhancements.
  • Build and expand
    automated test suites
    using tools like
    Selenium
    for web applications.
  • Conduct both
    manual
    and
    automated testing
    , including
    functional
    ,
    regression
    , and
    performance testing
    (e.g., using
    JMeter
    ).
  • Collaborate closely with
    developers
    and
    product managers
    to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and testable.
  • Quickly gain a strong understanding of
    business and domain-specific requirements
    to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Provide timely, data-driven feedback on product quality, and report and track issues using
    Jira
    .
  • Participate actively in
    agile ceremonies
    including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze performance reports (e.g., load and sound performance) to identify potential issues proactively.
  • Apply strong understanding of
    QA strategy
    to improve organizational quality outcomes.
  • Identify common QA pitfalls and recommend effective preventive solutions.
  • Write scripts, develop test cases, and work independently to ensure robust test coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Software Engineering
    , or related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years
    of hands-on
    Quality Assurance
    experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    software testing principles
    , methodologies, and techniques.
  • Proven experience testing
    web applications
    using
    Selenium
    (automation) and
    JMeter
    (performance).
  • Familiarity with
    HTML
    ,
    CSS
    ,
    JavaScript
    , and
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong
    problem-solving

    skills.
  • Excellent

  • ISTQB
    or similar QA certification (preferred).
