Responsable directo de la organización, operación y control del Centro de Consumo Seared, trabaja muy de cerca con los asistentes y supervisores del área, así como supervisa el desenvolvimiento de sus tareas, mantener los altos estándares en el servicio y atención brindada al cliente.

Deberes y Responsabilidades Principales

  • Responsable del entrenamiento y desarrollo de su personal enfocándose en los estándares establecidos.
  • Mantiene un alto nivel de calidad y satisfactorio del servicio tanto para el cliente como para la Gerencia
  • Elabora el horario de gerentes, supervisores del departamento en coordinación con el asistente de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Verifica y controla el Staffing Guideline de su centro de consumo.
  • Supervisa selectivamente durante su recorrido por las áreas del centro de consumo, el aseo, iluminación, orden y cualquier detalle que afecta la imagen del restaurante y/o evento de banquetes.
  • Supervisa las diversas funciones del personal de confianza y sindicalizado.
  • Está al pendiente del equipo de operación de las áreas.
  • Realiza juntas periódicas con el personal a su cargo.
  • Supervisa que los gerentes y supervisores realicen correctamente las bitácora en Avero.
  • Manejo del Budget y P&L de su centro se consumó.
  • Maneja al 100% el sistema corporativo de Clarabrige, avero, y Alice.
  • Verifica que el trato al huésped sea amable y cortés.
  • Supervisa que exista dinamismo, efectividad y calidad en el servicio.
  • Tiene el poder de autorizar un cargo o hacer alguna bonificación a la cuenta de algún huésped.
  • Soluciona los problemas de manera que el huésped quede satisfecho
  • Evita al máximo que la disciplina se relaje ya que es la única manera de mantener el principio de autoridad.
  • Apoyo a los centros de consumo y/o Banquetes en cualquier momento que sea necesario.
  • Auxilio y supervisión de cualquier problema con las cuentas de los huéspedes.
  • Participa en las juntas de la Gerencia de A y B con el área administrativa o personal de Servicio.
  • Supervisa y autoriza la realización de la plantilla de personal para la elaboración de roles de personal sindicalizado.
  • Revisa los programas de grupos en casa para anticiparse a las necesidades.
  • Revisa diariamente la lista de VIPs y de huéspedes recomendados.
  • Revisa los cheques de los huéspedes que no aceptan o no admiten algún cargo en su cuenta, con esto autoriza la cancelación del cargo o se procede a realizar el cargo al empleado correspondiente.
  • Participa en el curso de inducción para el personal de nuevo ingreso.
  • Mantiene y actualiza los menús supervisando su elaboración y la requisición de compra si es necesario en coordinación con el asistente de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Coordina el seguimiento de Cuentas por Cobrar en el área de Alimentos y Bebidas autorizando ajustes y deslindando responsabilidades de su personal a cargo
  • Supervisa el Payroll de las áreas impactando en no sobrepasar el presupuesto
  • Supervisión y programación de las vacaciones del personal de confianza y sindicalizado.
  • Supervisa y realiza las acciones disciplinarias del personal de confianza.
  • Trabaja en coordinación el asistente de alimentos y bebidas todo lo relacionado al sindicato.
  • Realiza Auditorias de Servicio, limpieza y organización en todos los centros de consumo para verificar la aplicación de los estándares
  • Está en la operación de Restaurantes y Bares en las horas pico o cuando sea requerido.
