Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Process Engineer, located in General Escobedo, Nuevo León (NLE). Candidate needs to be based in MONTERREY OR ESCOBEDO AREA and must be a Mexican citizen. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing process designs, preparinf PFD AND PIDS, equipment datasheets, sizing and o-timization to enhance operational efficiency. Daily tasks include project management, interact with contractors, fabrication companies, monitoring and controlling plant operations, identifying areas for improvement, conducting process evaluations, and implementing innovative engineering solutions. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and environmental standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering to develop and optimize effective systems
  • Strong understanding of Process Control methodologies to monitor and regulate operations
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues and develop data-driven solutions
  • Educational background in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy, waste management, or chemical industries is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced on-site environment
  • Strong commitment to sustainability and environmental practices
