En Bradescard, buscamos un
*Becario de People Analytics*
,
quien será el encargado de apoyar en la optimización, automatización y análisis de procesos de Recursos Humanos a través del diseño e implementación de soluciones utilizando la suite de Microsoft

Ubicación
: Guadalajara, Zona las Fuentes

Horario
: 20 horas a la semana de lunes a viernes, de 08:30 a 17:30 hrs.

Lo que harás:

  • Asistir en el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones personalizadas con Power Apps para mejorar la recolección de datos y la gestión de procesos internos de RRHH.
  • Apoyar en la creación y mantenimiento de sitios SharePoint para la organización y difusión de información relevante del área de People Analytics.
  • Colaborar en la creación de informes y paneles interactivos en Power BI que permitan visualizar tendencias, métricas clave y resultados de iniciativas de People Analytics.

Lo que buscamos en ti:
Licenciatura en inteligencia de Datos, Ciencias de Datos o Ingeniería en Inteligencia de Negocios, Sistemas.

Mínimo en 6to semestre de la carrera.

Experiencia
:

  • Microsoft Intermedio (Excel y Share Point)
  • Power Plataform básico - Intermedio (Power apps, power automate, Power BI)
  • Ingles básico

Habilidades blandas
:

Capacidad de resolución de conflictos con atención al cliente (Con recursos que se tengan a la mano), comunicación efectiva y proactivo.
