About the role

We are looking for a QA Tester Junior to join our growing Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience testing web or mobile applications, understands the software development lifecycle, and is eager to continue learning.

You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior QA members to ensure high-quality releases across our systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the product, workflows, and key business processes.
  • Support the QA team with test documentation and organization.
  • Help create and maintain test cases under guidance from senior QA members.
  • Execute manual test cases and record results accurately.
  • Report and track defects in Jira, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
  • Participate in daily QA activities such as smoke, sanity, or regression testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA leads to understand and verify fixes.
  • Continuously learn and improve testing skills and tools used by the team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in software testing.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Bug Lifecycle.
  • Experience using Jira, Asana or Azure DevOPs for issue tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to communicate clearly in meetings and written updates.
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the QA area.
  • Experience collaborating with teams on long-term projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience writing test cases in tools like Testiny, TestRail, ALM or Zephyr.
  • Basic understanding of API testing (Postman).
  • Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Appium) a plus, not required.
