Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NLE, for the Head of Commercial Operations. The candidate will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the smooth execution of commercial strategies aligned with company goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing business performance, optimizing processes, budget oversight, and collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency. This person is responsible for all comercial ops deliverables and client satisfaction. The role also involves developing strategic plans to drive growth and successfully lead the execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates meet at least some of the following:

  • Experience in Operations Management and the ability to oversee end-to-end commercial processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to interpret data for decision-making
  • Proficiency in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and interact with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting and managing financial resources effectively
  • Strategic thinking, leadership acumen, and the ability to drive organizational growth
  • Relevant experience in the technology or transportation sectors is a plus
