Software Vendor Operations Specialist

SoftwareOne

Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX City

This role is hard-working and focused about internal and external customer service and support.

How a Day-To-Day would look like in this role:

• Quotations: Request quotes from publishers and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle a high volume of vendors cases.
• Organize cases and follow up with internal clients (AMS, Presales) and external vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date brands knowledge.
• Manage vendor relationships.

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or related field .  
• Understanding of the end-to-end process of vendor management, from request to case closure.
• Advanced  English is a must (B2+).
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Committed to process and SLA compliance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of software publishers and licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, AWS. etc).
• Customer facing experience.

• Strong Communication (Client Follow-up).
