Job Description

Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively following up on orders, maintaining clear and assertive communication, and complying with applicable regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed. A degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a related field is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong interest in customer service and client interaction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an assertive and professional approach.

  • Availability for a temporary position
