We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Origination Associate II (LOA II) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will own the loan process from initial application to closing, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our borrowers and real estate partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete loan lifecycle from application to closing with shared accountability for success.
  • Analyze borrower financials including income, assets, credit, and liabilities to structure optimal loan scenarios.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex challenges (self-employed, credit issues, ITIN, 1099 income).
  • Build and execute clear loan strategies prior to submission to underwriting.
  • Actively manage and protect critical timelines to ensure on-time closings.
  • Cultivate, maintain, and grow strong relationships with Realtors and borrowers.
  • Provide consistent follow-up and clear communication to all clients throughout the process.
  • Resolve issues independently with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Perform with a focus on closing volume, loan quality, and superior client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines, processes, and documentation.
  • Fully bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an LOA, Jr. Processor, or similar role with a track record of managing files to close.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • An ownership and accountability mindset with a long-term vision for your work.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
  • Ethical decision-making with a client-first approach.
  • Proficiency with major loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM tools.

What We Offer
