Bajo supervisión mínima, coordina las operaciones mediante la interacción con la gestión de operaciones. Coordina actividades para diferentes áreas como Entrante, Saliente, Equipamiento, etc., en función de la orientación de la gestión de operaciones.
ResponsibilitiesSalud, seguridad y medioambiente (Health, Safety & Environmental, HSE) Detener el trabajo e informar inmediatamente cualquier peligro de lesiones importantes. Informar cualquier lesión, enfermedad, incidente o peligro relacionados con el trabajo. Cumplir con las normas, las políticas, los procedimientos y las reglamentaciones de HSE. Usar el equipo de protección personal apropiado. Promover la interdependencia al estar atentos los unos de los otros. Corregir los peligros conforme a su control y capacidades. Reconocer cómo su trabajo puede impactar el medio ambiente y trabajar para minimizar el impacto negativo. Dirigir la capacitación de HSE e involucrar activamente a la fuerza laboral. Calidad Sigue cualesquiera procedimientos aplicables de trabajo estándar, instrucción del trabajo/documentación del proceso y de calidad establecidos. Plantea problemas para minimizar los costos y las exposiciones de calidad. Realiza verificaciones de calidad para comprobar si hay daños y discrepancias entre las mercancías y las facturas. Identifica y controla los materiales sin conformidad. Entrega Recibir mercancías entrantes, clasificar, etiquetar/empacar y almacenar exactamente las mercancías, y coordinar el almacenamiento para optimizar el espacio del almacén. Opera equipos manuales y automatizados para recoger, empacar y enviar el producto conforme a las expectativas del cliente. Demuestra un alto nivel de competencia en las habilidades de trabajo básicas. Trabaja en el tiempo de ciclo requerido o según el estándar de ingeniería definido. Trabajo en equipo Se comunica eficazmente con el equipo asignado y con todos los equipos de apoyo. Asegura que se complete la capacitación de acuerdo con los requisitos empresariales. Busca formas de mejorar la calidad, la seguridad, el proceso, el flujo de materiales y el desarrollo de los empleados. Mantiene el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada, incluyendo tareas de limpieza rutinarias y tareas de limpieza de máquinas, y realiza tareas de mantenimiento y cuidado del operador planificadas. Permanece flexible y realiza otras tareas diversas, conforme sea necesario, para cumplir los objetivos comerciales. Trabaja con compañeros, oficios calificados y el personal de apoyo para mantener e identificar los equipos que requieren reparación.
QualificationsDiploma de preparatoria o certificado de terminación de la educación secundaria o experiencia equivalente en la medida en que dicha experiencia cumpla con las reglamentaciones aplicables. Se da prioridad a un título universitario de dos años de un programa acreditado en negocios, ingeniería o un campo de estudio relevante. Este cargo puede requerir licencias para cumplir con controles de exportación o regulaciones de sanciones.
