Celeritas Freight Solutions is a U.S.-based freight brokerage and logistics company connecting shippers and carriers across North America. We specialize in providing reliable, tech-driven transportation solutions supported by both asset and brokerage operations.

We are expanding our remote sales team in Mexico and seeking driven, goal-oriented outbound sales representatives who are ready to develop shipper relationships, generate leads, and help grow our freight network. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced work, thrive on performance metrics, and want to build a long-term career in logistics sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Development: Identify and connect with U.S.-based shippers to generate new business and drive recurring freight opportunities.
  • High-Volume Prospecting: Make 100+ outbound calls daily using CRM and prospecting tools to build and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings with logistics decision-makers for follow-up by the U.S. sales team.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess customer freight needs, lanes, and shipment volumes through effective questioning and follow-up.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record call notes, outcomes, and next steps each day to ensure complete visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales and operations for smooth handoffs and deal conversions.
  • Market Research: Use LinkedIn, Google, and DOT tools to identify new shippers and analyze market opportunities.
  • Activity Reporting: Provide daily updates on calls, appointments, and key performance metrics.

Performance Expectations

  • Call Volume: 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Appointments: Minimum of 5 qualified meetings or quote opportunities per week
  • CRM Accuracy: 100% of calls logged daily
  • Follow-Ups: Respond to inbound messages and pending follow-ups within 24 hours
  • Pipeline Performance: Top performers generate 20+ qualified opportunities per month
  • Performance Review: Evaluated based on call activity, appointment quality, and conversion outcomes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (freight/logistics preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or McLeod preferred)
  • Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and basic freight terminology (e.g., drop, live load, detention)
  • Resilient, coachable, and metrics-driven mindset — able to handle rejection and maintain high energy

  • Communication: Outlook, Gmail, Slack, MS Teams, Zoom
  • Office Tools: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
  • Transportation Platforms: McLeod (LoadMaster/PowerBroker), DAT, Truckstop
  • Sales Tools: CRM platforms, FreightWaves SONAR, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DOT Shipper Registry
  • Dialing & Coaching: VoIP dialers, call-tracking, and performance coaching software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months
