REQUISITOS:

  • Lic. en Informática, Ingeniería en Sistemas o afín.
  • Experiencia en el sector TI y financiero.
  • Experiencia en generación de documentación funcional.
  • Experiencia en modelado de procesos (herramientas Miro, Visio).
  • Conocimiento de análisis de información, flujos y procesos.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías UML y/o BPMN.
  • Manejo de metodologías de trabajo Agile o SCRUM.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:

Recopila e interpreta datos procedentes de diversas fuentes y los utiliza para mejorar los sistemas y procesos de la empresa, esto puede implicar todo tipo de acciones, desde el perfeccionamiento de las prácticas comerciales hasta la revisión integral de las operaciones existentes.

ACTIVIDADES:

  • Análisis de requerimientos del usuario y modelado de procesos
  • Diseño propuestas de solución a nivel funcional – técnico
  • Documentación de las solicitudes de negocio para ser entregadas a el área de desarrollo
  • Documentación de los cambios que se están realizando y los manuales de enseñanza pertinentes
  • Identificación de las deficiencias en procesos y sugerir soluciones
  • Comprobación de la funcionalidad del producto final
