About the RoleWe are seeking a detail -oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee a major software development initiative involving the creation of new modules for the Vantage platform. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Software Solutions Architect to manage project scope, cost, timelines, requirements, and team coordination. This role also involves administrative responsibilities such as reporting, tracking milestones, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation.You will oversee two outsourced development teams and ensure effective delivery across distributed teams and time zones.What You'll Be Doing ● Manage the day -to -day execution of a software development project from planning through delivery. ● Coordinate and communicate with Vantage's Product Manager,Project Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Solutions Architect to align technical execution with business goals. ● Define and track project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables. ● Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand -ups (where needed). ● Serve as the primary point of contact for two outsourced software development teams, ensuring accountability and addressing delivery risks. ● Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. ● Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress dashboards. ● Facilitate effective communication between technical and non -technical stakeholders. ● Enforce quality and process standards to ensure consistent, high -quality delivery. ● Help resolve blockers, resource constraints, and inter -team dependencies.What We're Looking For ● Proactivity and a solution -oriented mindset. ● Strong collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams. ● Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize technical decisions. ● Passion for clean code, scalability, and developer experience.Technical Requirements Must -Haves: ● 5+ years of experience in software project management, ideally in SaaS product environments. ● Proven ability to manage distributed/offshore development teams. ● Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and hybrid methodologies. ● Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management across complex projects. ● Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across cross -functional technical teams. ● Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, and Confluence. ● High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. ● Comfortable working with limited direction in a fast -paced and evolving environment. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice -to -Haves: ● Experience managing cloud -native projects on AWS or similar platforms. ● AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP) ● Project Management Professional Certified (PMP). ● Background or familiarity with serverless architecture, microservices, or modular platform development. ● Experience in multi -vendor team environments. ● Experience working on teams building SaaS products ● Previous work in the entertainment or leisure industry is a bonus.
