We're Hiring Industrial Engineering Supervisor


Torreón, Coahuila – Manufacturing Plant

Elamex is looking for a highly skilled
Industrial Engineering Supervisor
to lead process optimization, capacity planning, APQP, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with strong experience in manufacturing systems, lean methodologies, and quality core tools.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and improve plant industrial engineering processes, including time & motion studies, line balancing, and layout optimization.


• Manage installed capacities and value stream flows to maximize efficiency.


• Deploy APQP and lead NPI/NPD projects.


• Support OEE analysis, follow-up, and corrective actions for all production processes.


• Maintain full documentation control, including ISO-9001 requirements and AdHoc system documentation.


• Perform risk assessments (business, systems, and processes).


• Coordinate Tool Room activities.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.


• Advanced English (written & spoken).


• Experience in:

– Manufacturing processes

– Metal-mechanic industry

– Automotive industry (preferred)


• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).


• Advanced skills in: Lean Manufacturing, Core Tools, statistical process control, time & motion studies, ergonomics.


• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), MS Project, Excel, and D365.


• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
