Internal Auditor

We are seeking an experienced and qualified
Internal Auditor
with over 3 years of auditing and/or Finance experience, ideally with exposure to the EMEA region. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Internal Audit Manager and other members of the Internal Audit team located globally.

The Internal Auditor is responsible for engaging with business stakeholders and effectively delivering audit engagements as assigned. This role requires the timely and accurate preparation of high-quality audit documentation that complies.

The position demands strong analytical skills, professional resilience, and the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Engagement

• Support the Internal Audit Manager in planning risk-based audit engagements, leveraging data analytics, interviews, and process mapping when developing the audit work programme.
• Execute audit procedures to a high standard, including root-cause analysis and appropriate assessment of findings.
• Produce clear, high-quality audit findings and contribute to insightful audit reports, including pragmatic and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on agreed management action plans to ensure timely remediation.

Governance, Risk & Control

• Contribute to strengthening the company's Governance, Risk, and Control framework through quality audit work and effective communication of risks, causes, and impacts.
• Support the development of the annual audit plan.
• Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Internal Audit Manager to deliver high-quality audit engagements.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Accounting or Internal Audit qualification preferred.

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Internal Audit or equivalent experience in a Finance function.
• Strong experience conducting risk-based audits covering Operational, Administrative, and Finance processes.
• Experience engaging with and influencing stakeholders.
