<p>Flex, a Fortune global 500 company, is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.<br/>We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.<br/>Job Summary<br/>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr Metals Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.<br/>Reporting to the Project Manager, this role involves responsibilities for new product introduction and process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a metals manufacturing organization.<br/>What a typical day looks like:<br/>- Focus in Mechanicals for Bending process<br/>- Define, Implement and evaluate the sheet metal manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.<br/>- Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.<br/>- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.<br/>- Develop and maintain process documentation.<br/>- Interface with the production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.<br/>The experience we're looking to add to our team:<br/>- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.<br/>- Experience in metals or similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.<br/>- Data management MiniTab, Excel (pivot tables).<br/>- Knowledge in metal industries and NPI process.<br/>- Intermediate English communication skills (verbal and Written).<br/>- PFMEA with sheet metal focus.<br/>- CNC programming software experience using Radbend, Dr Abe bend, Flux, or similar.<br/>- Press brake process experience(Amada, Trumpf or similar)<br/>What you'll receive for the great work you provide:<br/>- Competitive Salary.<br/>- Life & Medical insurance.<br/>- Christmas Bonus.<br/>- Food Coupons.<br/>- Saving Fund.<br/>GM101<br/>Job Category<br/>Production Engineering<br/>**Required Skills**:<br/>Optional Skills:</p>
