**Microsoft 365 Analyst**

We are hiring a
**Microsoft 365 Analyst **who will embrace new technology across a wide range of disciplines where a complex set of responsibilities and technical skills come together.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide support to Microsoft 365. (Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, AzureActiveDirectory, Micorsoft Teams).
- Create and execute Powershell scripts.
- Provide support to virtual collaboration tools. Ex. Smartsheet, Mural, etc.
- Provide support to antispam systems.

**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronic Engineer or related fields
- Advanced English
- 1-3 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
- Demonstrates a good understanding of: Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams, Powershell scripting, Antispam systems.

**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Experience with VBScript, Agile framework and Power Apps is a plus
- Excellent communications skills with a strong customer focus, team player and results driven
- Good analytical, problem solving, project management and organization skills.
- Able to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
- Develop technical documentation defining operational procedures and work instructions.
- Able to work outside business hours as required.
- Could work independently as well as being part of a team (on site or remotely).
