Descripción del Puesto:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Ejecutar programas comerciales y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de las cuentas clave.
- Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con la gerencia de tienda y socios minoristas para garantizar la correcta exhibición y distribución de los productos de belleza.
- Negociar y vender contratos/programas que respalden la comercialización y distribución en retail.
- Asegurar la correcta configuración de exhibidores y planogramas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de inventario y visibilidad de la marca privada de cosméticos en los puntos de venta.
- Analizar métricas de desempeño de ventas y operativas para proponer mejoras en la ejecución en el punto de venta.
- Colaborar con equipos internos de marketing y trade marketing para alinear campañas con las necesidades del retail.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada en ventas de campo y operaciones en la industrias privada de cosméticos y belleza.
- Profundo conocimiento en cuentas retail, específicamente en Walmart.
- Habilidad para coordinar estrategias y optimizar procesos de ventas en tiendas.
- Experiência en negociación de contratos y acuerdos con minoristas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y altamente competitivo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación con clientes.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mes

Tipo de jornada:

- Lunes a viernes

Experiência:

- Retail Accounts, especialmente en Walmart: 9 años (Obligatorio)
- Sector de Make-Up : 8 años (Obligatorio)
