**Role Summary**:
Provide cost accounting support and expertise providing insight, consultation and governance over the cost

model.

Scope of Responsibility:

- Single or multi-site responsibility, depending on complexity factors
- Single or cross-platform support, depending on complexity factors
- Additional scope considerations:

- Project vs MRO work
- Number of product lines supported
- General complexity of work/site(s) supported
- For internal use only: Developmental role for top talent

**Responsibilities & Requirements**: - Roll rates and/or costing standards
- Inventory accounting (physical cycle counts audits and variances identifications and registration,

ensure proper classification of inventory and material and purchasing rates verification and calculation)
- Research, troubleshoot, and answer basic to complex questions and advise the Business Finance

organization on cost model issues. (including In and Out margins analysis, project reviews, support

special costing projects for customer quotations, productivity, efficiency and utilization analysis, etc.)
- Explore root causes of any cost model or business finance issues and propose policy or process

changes to improve work moving forward.
- Ensure Low Cost Margin, Excess and Obsolete, Warranty and Capitalization of Manufacturing

Variances policies are met, and their accruals are accounted properly and timely.
- Provide actual information to be used as a base on Costs and Margins for POC and PIT projects

forecast.

**Preferred Experience / Skills**: - Three or more years relevant cost experience at manufacturing companies.

- Public Accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Knowledge of USGAAP and SEC (Specially ASC606)
- Good research and issue resolution skills
- Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects
- Ability to prioritize, plan, perform and communicate activities both in written and verbal form
- English language skills.
- BPC knowledge is a plus
