You will assess and provide nursing care to employees for health needs or emergencies. Initiates and coordinates preventive medicine and health programs.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Preparation of medical examinations for new and periodic personnel.
- Audits and ensures that cafeteria processes comply with applicable regulations and standards.
- Keeps record and control of disabilities, records, pregnancy, lactation, medical appointments and files.
- Participates in the control of agents and risk factors (examinations, laboratories, audiometry, assessments of POE personnel)
- Carry out accident investigation, notification and risk monitoring activities.
- Conduct health, information and orientation campaigns for employees, as well as events to benefit the community.
- Provides induction of the medical area to new staff
- Member of the first aid brigade and the Safety and Hygiene Commission.
- Make appointments to the IMSS, and provide guidance to employees.
- Participate and support ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) projects.
- Actively participates in the 6S Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program's regulations and carrying out the activities required of him or her as an Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the Committee.
- Actively participates in the Health, Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the systems and carrying out the activities in which they are involved.
- Carry out work safely, efficiently and ethically. Develops other activities assigned by management to support company operations.
- Provide support to the SEAL security program according to their functions
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the guidelines of the quality policy. Know the quality objectives relevant to your function and actively participate in achieving them.
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing companies
- Microsoft Office management Intermediate level of English communications skills
