Description

**Main Responsibilities**:
Administration and support for OCI cloud infrastructure services, and potentially for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Management of OCI cloud portals and optionally other portals for Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.
Resizing of load resources, configuration of parameters, security policy configuration, inventory maintenance, permissions, log analysis, tags, labels, and participation in defining self-remediation procedures.
Administration and operation of cloud network.
Handling changes and incidents in EC2 and Compute Engine.
Administration and execution of impactful changes.
Maintenance of Container, Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, and EKS infrastructure.
Backup maintenance - Analysis of backup reports and self-remediation of failures.

**Implementation of alerts in monitoring tools**: Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Service Metrics, Azure Service Health.
Creation of dashboards for infrastructure analysis.
Management of Windows and Linux OS. Log analysis, memory management, CPU, disk space, drivers, patching, version integrity, parameter configuration.
Advanced vulnerability analysis and incident resolution.
Identification of gaps and proposal of improvements.
Leadership in diagnosing and resolving incidents.
Participation in onboarding new clients/cloud infrastructures.
On-prem to Cloud migrations.
Experience in similar roles with clients, effective communication skills, and presentation skills.
High capacity for training, continuous self-learning, adaptation in high-pressure environments, and teamwork.
Strong organizational skills for prioritizing Service and Project tasks.
Ownership of leading incident diagnostics.

**Requirements**:
**Required Knowledge**:
Networking knowledge (Peering management, subscription/account landing zone, Virtual Networks, subnets, DNS, Load Balancing, VPN management, express route, Direct Connect).
Instance knowledge including EC2, Compute Engine, Virtual Machines, Autoscaling Groups, Scale sets, Elastic Container Registry.
Storage knowledge including Cloud Storage, S3, Storage Accounts, Blob Storage, File Storage, EFS, AWS S3 Glacier.
Knowledge of IT Networks, internal/external infrastructures, and incident management.

**Professional Profile**:
Professional training, Higher Education in Engineering or related field.
Specific training and experience in common cloud tools, products, and solutions.

**Experience**:
Support and administration in Azure, AWS, OCI, and/or GCP infrastructure: 2 years.

**Systems Operating Systems (Linux/Windows)**: 5 years.

**Required Training and Certifications**:

**Oracle Cloud Platform**: Oracle Management Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

**Highly Valued**:
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) Training.

**AZ-101**: Microsoft Azure Integration and Security.

**AZ-104**: Microsoft Azure Administrator.

**Google Cloud Platform**: Cloud Engineer Associate, Cloud Architect Associate.

**Knowledge**:
Minimum B2 level spoken/written English.
