**The Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative **Sr Graphic Designer** to join our growing team and help bring our brand’s vision to life across every touchpoint. This role goes beyond execution—it’s about translating strategy into powerful, visually consistent creative that resonates with our audiences and strengthens our presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design packaging and product labels, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, visual harmony, and brand identity standards.
- Conceptualize and develop visual campaigns from creative briefs.
- Lead and coordinate product photo shoots.
- Adapt and scale key visuals for various brand touchpoints, including digital, retail, and experiential.
- Produce internal-use videos and 3D renders.
- Develop mid-complexity design materials based on the Birdman graphic system for B2B, PR, POS (Point of Sale), and internal communications.
- Create high-impact digital advertising assets across ecommerce platforms and social media, guided by brand key visuals.
- Review and implement updates in existing communication materials.
- Support both internal and external product launches with engaging design assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across projects and platforms.
- Package and adapt content for small retail partners and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve internal communication channels through design.

**Requirements**:
**Professional Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Multimedia/Digital Graphic Design.
- Demonstrated work experience of 4-7 years as a Designer.
- Proven experience creating high-quality graphic materials.
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Intermediate knowledge of InDesign.
- Experience preparing files for prepress.
- Ability to define and manage design solutions effectively to reduce delivery times without sacrificing graphic quality.

**Bonus Points If...**
- Experience working at design or creative agencies.
- Experience in the food or dietary supplements industry.
- Intermediate knowledge of illustration/animation software.
