**Marketing Specialist (Visual Design)**:
**Position Overview**

CodeTogether is a fast-growing startup that offers a unique solution for software-engineering leads who need to see workflow across their teams in a more useful and impactful way. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in visual design, adept at transforming ideas into visually compelling marketing materials. This role is perfect for a proactive 'doer' who excels at using visual design to communicate effectively. As part of our fully remote and collaborative team, you will play a key role in bringing our marketing strategies to life. **This is a full-time, contracted position; must be located in the LATAM region.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Work for Slide Decks and Other Marketing Materials
- Design and craft engaging visual content for marketing materials, particularly slide decks, to effectively translate messaging into a visual language.
- Content Design and Production for Campaigns, Including Video, Illustrations and Ads
- Create original illustration content to be used in social media posts, content marketing assets, and other marketing forums.
- Design and produce short videos and other dynamic assets to engage our audience.
- Collaborative Projects
- Work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing designs.
- Coordinate with external contractors and agencies, as needed, to ensure design consistency and quality across all materials.
- Digital Focus
- Demonstrate skill in working with digital content, optimizing designs for online campaigns, social media, and digital distribution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and tools to keep our content fresh and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Experience and Education
- 3-5 years of experience in a visual design role, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- A portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills, video skills and successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field.
- Professional-level English in written communications is a must.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of digital content creation and graphic design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is required.
- Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Proficiency with video creation and editing (Adobe Premier Pro or Adobe After Effects a plus)
- Soft Skills
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-directed and effective at project management. Especially in a startup company, every team member needs to be skilled at seeing projects through from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.
