Summary: Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, prepares correspondence, screens calls, maintains customer accounts, and otherwise relieves Manager of administrative work and business detail by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned within the scope of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Although this may be your primary duty or function, you are expected to be cross-trained in other areas of the business and assist in those areas on an as-needed basis.
- Maintain customer accounts to include receipt and scrap files
- Composes and types correspondence.
- Acknowledgement Letters to Customers o Create and submit preliminary Settlement Statements for approval
- Update Settlement Statement information into Everest
- Create and send CORs and CODs, Settlement Statements and checks to vendors o Assists sales staff with projects as needed:

- Yearly weight total - Requests for Information, Requests for Quotes - Processes customer reports
- Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
- Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files o Progress Tracker o In-House Order Reports
- Monthly Sales Report ($) by Regional Account Exec.
- Weekly Commodity Report o Monthly Commodity Process chart (by facility)
- Quarterly Weight Report
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities
- Submits purchase requisitions for departmental supplies
- Assist Operations Manager, as required.
- Assist TCG President and Vice President, as required.
- Understand Technology Conservation Group, Inc.’s QEHS processes and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Skills in keyboarding of at least 45 wpm, must be accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to operate a standard PC keyboard quickly and accurately, at or above the minimum acceptance rate
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in the English Language
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as familiarity with working on other Microsoft Office products, Windows 2000 and XP operating systems
- Extensive knowledge of internet search methods, search engines and how to most effectively structure search criteria
- Knowledge of details surrounding airline, hotel and car reservations
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
