**As part of a major transformation programme, we require an experienced, technically proficient Senior IT Developer with proven people and project management skills to lead a small team of UK**

**Working with other department leaders you will be responsible for transforming internal processes, utilising the best-fit technologies and platforms to improve efficiency, clarity, and the overall customer experience.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and management of the small team of UK developers*
- Manage third parties (including freelance developers) undertaking Dynamics CRM development or providing packaged solutions and ensure that their work integrates with the existing platform*
- Manage the life cycle of Dynamics CRM & BC developments and ensure they are periodically reviewed to ensure they are aligned with the Microsoft product roadmap*
- Analyse department needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions*
- Provide technical leadership to the Dynamics CRM development team, coaching members of the team when needed*
- Develop tools for pricing management that integrate with Dynamics Platform.*
- Complete code and solution reviews as needed*
- Integrate Dynamics with other platforms such as Magento 2*
**Skills**
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Business Central*
- Knowledge of the Power Platform (including Power Automate, Portals)*
- An understanding of SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Azure Cloud*
- Preferred but not essential: Magento, Laravel, Vue, Tailwind, Docker, Kubernetes, Git*
- Experience with APIs*
- Fluent in English*
