**Mobility Manager**

**Major Tasks**
- Implement Global Mobility Directive, policies and processes within local framework in compliance with local legislation ensuring adherence to International Mobility guidelines.
- Support cross functional initiatives which depend on these core programs to define policies, processes, and operationalize the workflow.
- Manage efforts to improve existing processes, fix pain points through automation, and update resources such as process documentation, policies,and training materials for compliance, accuracy and transparency.
- Definition/Alignment of Mobility Country Profile considering any change in local regulations/requirements.
- Represent Mobility topics, being mouthpiece for overall Mobility situation in country, being a rotary platform in local organization, interfacing between Global Mobility and service providers ensuring compliance and managing risks.
- Responsible of Inbound & Outbound Administration, Payroll, Internal and External support services (Arrival / Ongoing / Departure) Process Support for Global Mobility topics (LTI, STI, Merit Increase Salary Update, 2nd Annual Salary Update, Tax Returns, Tax Equalizations, Tax Reconciliations, etc.)
- Consultancy on Global and Local Mobility topics, training local HR Community and supporting local business on demand.
- Act as company and employee advocate.
- Be focal point for all immigtration and moving related matters for the foreign employees on localization hiring.
- Be the main point of contact and oversee vendor contracts for relocation, tax service, and immigration including invoicing and approval processes.
- Create a unique experience for the Inpatriate colleague and his/her family,to be involved in the country (culture, language, etc.), since the arrival to the end of the assignation.
- Stay up to date on industry, market and regulatory trends and best practices in areas of immigration and mobility to make informed policy decisions.

**Skills**
- A degree with main focus on Human Resources.
- English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form.
- 5 years of experience inin International Mobility processes or a similar positionincluding management experience.
- Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, HR Community and customers.
- Detailed understandig of HR processes and systems.
- Communication strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnershios with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working and colaborating within a global organization and multicultural environment.
- Strong customer orientation and service delivery management.
- Results & objectives driven, to get to win win solutions for the company and the Assignee.
- Willingness to take responsibility and be resourceful (using a wide range of information sources)
- Specifi experience in Customer Service and HR process design, transaction support and employment administration.
- Demonstrated ability to provide local leadership in a global team environment.
- Team oriented leadership skills hones through experience with senior management.
- Experience with guiding and coaching Senior Management.
