**Responsibilities**:
**IT Data & Analytics Product Manager**

**Main purpose**:
PepsiCo has a multivendor hybrid outsourced model for its Infrastructure IT operations. The PepsiCo IT Operations team works with various businesses, in-house IT teams, IT partners, and OEMs to maintain high-quality services around the clock.

**Responsibilities**:

- This role would work with in-house and partner resources and will be responsible for developing and continual improvement of various reporting, dashboards and data related needs.
- The role should have a Product mindset towards transform the existing model towards highly enriched, data science backed dashboards. so IT Operations and all other Business stakeholders can get a 360-degree view for an elevated experience, service stability, and sustainable reduction in Operating Expenses and other metrics.
- You will also work with engineering & data platform team to drive data availability & reliability. Monitor & highlight health of IT Operations by developing metric dashboards to track success & performance metrics for various business/regions and global stakeholders.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- A leader with strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of significant work experience leading large scale Reporting/Analytics functions within IT Operations Management
- Hands on experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow Performance Analytics)
- In-depth experience on data visualization tools - PowerBI / Everst DX, (Grafana/Kibana - nice to have)
- Design, development and support of multiple/hybrid Data sources, data visualization Framework
- Conceptual understanding of basic statistical concepts
- Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes
- Ability to identify relevant data to solve business problems and (in)validate hypothesis
- Must possess a deep understanding of the ITIL framework and an ITIL foundation certification is required; ITIL Expert or Intermediate certification preferred
- Be creative and ability to operate in a start-up mindset.
- Willingness to learn.
- This lead needs to be able to be self-directed with a minimum of guidance during most activities and responsibilities.
- This role needs to take ownership of various data, dashboarding and reporting needs and be agile in delivering those by working with the vendors and internal teams.
- Confidently presenting new ideas, techniques, and solutions to management is a critical skill. Cross-functional collaboration will ultimately define the success of this role
