**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Supporting the design capability, working across categories and brands to better ensure the consistency and harmonization of the PepsiCo Latinamerica Beverages Design. Assigned to projects and tasks, organizing, designing, and implementing consistent design solutions and executions that ensure the design intent is met. Creating high quality solutions by leveraging strong design skills and technological capabilities and innovations. Working across brand identity and different graphic needs ensuring a seamless design ecosystem.

**Your Impact**

As Design Assoc Representative your functions would consist of
- Strong background in brand design and packaging development.
- Will have a great understanding of graphic design, branding, conceptualization and artwork files.
- Work cross-functionally throughout the center to support the Innovation and Design processes.
- Huge attention and love for details, accuracy, and consistency in every design project.
- Collaborative, able to ideate and construct solutions within a team.
- Technically solid, and curious to come up with cutting edge solutions related to graphic and some implementations on different touchpoints.
- Demonstrate agility by working across different types of projects and brands.

Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
- Strong skills using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Outstanding portfolio and talents that demonstrates graduate level design thinking.
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain thought processes, present own ideas.
- Knowledge of English “intermediate”, but eager to learn fast
- Respectful to deadlines and out of the box thinker
- Conceptualize and develop creative work around beverages category
- Critical and design thinking skills
- Work record of working with Brand portfolio, adaptation of design to different touchpoints
- Executional excellence and love for details, accuracy, and punctuality
- Experience in working with brand guidelines
- Ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
- Works well with others to deliver results; keeps his/her managers informed all the time
- Communicative, establishing, and nourishing relationships with Senior designers, Managers, peers
- Illustration skills for internal and external communication
- Preferable experience on basic motion skills and/or 3D modeling
