**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Online Events Coordinator to add to our team The Online Events Coordinator will work with our growth and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and run our online events including but not limited to weekly podcasts, webinars, and large events such as ProductCon. If you are tech savvy, exceptionally organized, and thrive in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you

**What you'll do**:

- Understanding the wider strategic objectives of the business to implement an online event program that supports lead generation and brand awareness; contributing to overall revenue generation
- Working closely with the growth and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and run our international B2B and B2C events program: end-to-end management of online events; full execution of the logistics and operations
- Record weekly Podcast episodes with CEOs, CPOs and Product Leaders
- Own online event calendar and collaborate with virtual assistant on event publishing
- Own our events platform Ringcentral
- Driving marketing-influenced pipeline and generating quality leads
- Supporting the communication and promotion of webinar campaigns with the wider team
- Maintaining webinar records and contribution to monthly reporting
- Increasing registrations for and engagement with webinars
- Hosting prep sessions/rehearsals, briefing senior stakeholders on best practices & managing post-event engagement
- Producing live events or recording sessions, quickly solving problems as they arise
- Staying up-to-date on webinar trends and implementing changes to improve the quality of our webinars
- Lead the live-streaming for our big online conference ProductCon

**This role could be a good fit for you if**:

- You have 3+ years of experience in successfully managing and delivering online events
- You have 3+ years of experience in live streaming
- You are tech savvy and can assist speakers in prerecording webinars
- You have experience in CMS and webinar platforms (Ringcentral, Streamyard, Zoom or similar)
- You have strong organizational, and workload prioritization skills
- Analysis of webinars and reporting and ability to propose improvements to enhance the attendee experience
- You have a broader knowledge of marketing and are eager to learn more about the combined marketing approach
- Bonus points if you have podcast and video editing experience
