Marketing & Product Manager in FC

**Your new role**
- Lead marketing team as well as communication strategies, coordination of internal and external events.
- Promote portfolio launches and marketing of the different business units.
- Strategy development and execution aligned with global and local.
- Supervise the life cycle of products, performance of product lines, sales and investment.
- Trend analysis, develop market assessment reports for the different units.
- Maximize business performance and products, coordination with multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure support and alignment of all areas according to the portfolio and business needs.
- Work with market experts, meet the objectives of the organization.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- +5 years of experience in marketing, sales management within the health industry (desirable diagnosis).
- 2-3 years of experience with people in charge, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and negotiations.
- Proven experience in strategies for the commercial area, achieving sales objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial/chemical/electrical engineering, marketing, biomedicine or similar. MBA desirable.
- Interest in unconventional approaches to marketing, adaptability and innovation.
- Meeting deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
- Communication skills, influence and business vision, change facilitator, ambiguity management, strategic and systematic thinking, ability to synthesize.
- Advanced English
