¿Tienes experiência liderando equipos en entornos logísticos y disfrutas optimizar procesos? En Vista, buscamos un Logistics Supervisor que lidere las operaciones diarias de almacenamiento, control de inventarios y envíos, asegurando eficiencia, seguridad y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Responsabilidades principales:

- Supervisar al equipo operativo en turnos, planificando horarios, tareas y metas de productividad.
- Gestionar el almacenamiento e inventarios de materiales mediante SAP (recepción, transferencias, conteos cíclicos, etc.).
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de embarques y documentación aduanal con distintos transportistas.
- Mantener controles de procesos, seguridad e implementación de mejoras continuas.
- Coordinar la disposición de residuos (reciclaje y desechos químicos).
- Colaborar con equipos de operaciones e ingeniería para optimizar estrategias logísticas.
- Promover el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y procedimientos operativos estándar.

Perfil que buscamos:

- Educación media superior o equivalente.
- 3 a 5 años de experiência como Supervisor Logístico en entornos de manufactura.
- Dominio de SAP Warehouse Management.
- Experiência en manejo de equipos de más de 15 personas.
- Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Indispensable contar con visa americana y pasaporte
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Conocimiento en seguridad industrial y manejo de montacargas.
- Habilidad para liderar, comunicar y resolver problemas en ambientes dinámicos.
