**About the Role**

The UI/UX Developer role is responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across our digital products. Reporting to the Senior Manager of User Experience Design, the person in this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, other UX designers, and software engineers, to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet both business objectives and user needs.

This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel for meetings, events, and workshops.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Transform wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes into high-quality, responsive UI components.
- Ensure consistency in visual design across all products, adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Work closely with UX designers to understand user needs, translating these into functional and interactive UI designs.
- Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business goals and user requirements.
- Partner with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI designs and components into the product.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user interactions to optimize UI elements for better performance and user satisfaction.
- Ensure the final product meets high-quality standards, including responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Address and resolve UI/UX issues throughout the development lifecycle.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role is desirable.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform development.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
