**YOUR TASKS**
Coordinating and providing operational support concerning HR processes with key relevance (recruiting of positions, performance management, talent review/career planning, succession planning and organizational
development).
- Cooperate in HR projects and implement the company's personnel instruments and tools.
- Create internal advertisements of vacancy in accordance with company regulations in coordination with the specialist departments.
- Participate in and organize internal events if necessary.
- Implement training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.
- Advice superiors and employees in all staff matters including remuneration issues, where appropriate in
cooperation with the relevant departments & experts.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication are crucial for HR professionals to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Employee Development: Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering Psychology or a related field
- Experience: More than 2 years of job-related experience.
- Basic English.
