**Summary**:
Ayudar a la empresa dentro de un país con análisis complejos, informes, previsiones, etc. (generalmente ingresos muy grandes a grandes) y puede coordinar un equipo de especialistas. Actuar como Socio de Negocios para BPA en un país, proporcionando comentarios y análisis de valor agregado y soporte en las decisiones del equipo de gestión.

**About the Role**:
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure operational conversion of BPA strategic objectives within a specific business area
- Provide management with accurate and relevant business analytics to assist in monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information collection.
- Conduct analyzes to assess risks and opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks.
- Manage and provide financial analysis and decision support for an investment/project in a domain
- Ensure that consistent business performance is properly monitored and measured and conduct early warning for redirection of resources with Business Partners.
- Provide accurate operational information and advice to support the annual budget, up-to-date forecasts and Strategic Planning processes.
- Ensure the integrity of the data of the commercial teams and provide added value; provide recommendations on improving forecast accuracy.
- Notification of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Chartered accountant or Finance degree with 5+ years of experience in Finance Domain
- Strong understanding of BPC concepts, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Experience with SAP BPC or similar enterprise planning and consolidation tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
