**COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER LATAM**

Our client is a multinational construction materials company looking for a senior talent for their Communications Manager position for LATAM territory, being responsible to supervise correct alignment of all communications in digital and traditional media, develop and maintain work relationships with the company’s marketing agency and relevant chambers of commerce, being a key player for the brand’s positioning objectives.

**Your profile**
- BA Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar studies.
- Masters, courses, certifications or equivalent preparation in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.
- 7+ years of experience in communications areas in management positions
- Creativity, planning, data analysis and communication skills
- Ability to travel, valid passport and US visa required
- Uses Photoshop / Illustrator at an intermediate level required
- Business English required

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for supervising all internal and external communications of the company, ensuring correct alignment with the brand positioning objectives.
- Responsible for supervising digital marketing efforts for the brand including social media, SEO and SEM.
- Maintain constant communication and agile work relationship with the company’s digital marketing agency, providing feedback, deliverables approval and key insights from the brand.
- Collect and deliver technical content for the company’s website with the internal team.
- Analyze and provide insightful feedback about the company’s marketing efforts in LATAM territory with local country managers.
- Responsible for ensuring all brand communications are aligned with the company’s goals, including digital and traditional marketing efforts as well as industry events participation.
- Budget allocation and optimization for digital marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain tight relationships with relevant chambers of commerce and ensure participation in key events or opportunities for brand positioning.
- In charge of internal organization’s communications such as events, changes, company’s news, and others for LATAM territory.

**Place of work**
- Parque Industrial Querétaro, Santa Rosa Jáuregui
- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 18:00, one hour for lunch

**Compensation**

Monthly salary $35,000 MXN - $45,000 MXN after taxes
