**_ACSI’s fast-growing team is in search of telephone agents to assist our many US-based clients. We offer benefits and great growth opportunities and we are looking for a profile who has good communication skills and previous Call Center experience prefered._**

**_We have different customer service positions to start on Monday_**

Your role will be providing a service information and resolving problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

**Qualifications / Skills**:
Be professional anytime

Performance management

Helpful and patient telephone manner

Practice active listening to your patient

The ability to work well in a team and on your own

**Experience is a plus**
