We are in search of a highly experienced and dedicated **Litigation Coordinator **to join our expanding team. This pivotal role demands proficiency in generating comprehensive reports and adeptness in managing hearing schedules, appointments, and court deadlines. We seek an individual who is highly organized, proficient in handling tasks and responsibilities, and possesses familiarity with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, and Word

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling: Managing and organizing appointments, meetings, and events for executives, professionals, or teams.
- Calendar Management: Maintaining and updating electronic or physical calendars with accurate information about appointments, deadlines, and important dates.
- Coordination: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings, coordinate availability, and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of appointments, changes in schedules, and any relevant information for future reference.
- Prioritization: Understanding the importance and urgency of different appointments or events to effectively manage conflicting schedules.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between various parties, including executives, clients, and staff, to convey scheduling details and ensure everyone is informed.
- Problem Solving: Handling unexpected changes or conflicts in schedules by rearranging appointments or finding alternative solutions.
- Software Proficiency: Utilizing calendar management software and tools proficiently to maintain and update schedules efficiently.
- Time Management: Efficiently organizing and optimizing schedules to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to accommodate last-minute changes or urgent scheduling needs.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information discussed or scheduled within the calendar.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Juris Doctor or any related field
- With legal background (highly preferred)
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Efficiently manages schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
- Organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Familiar with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, and Word.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive reports.
