**About the role**

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with partners, associates, and analysts to design and deliver high-impact materials that tell the story of our firm and its portfolio companies. Your work will directly contribute to building strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders. You’ll bring creativity and precision to every project, ensuring that every visual reflects the cutting-edge spirit of our firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging pitch decks, investor updates, and portfolio reports that communicate complex concepts clearly and visually.
- Create marketing collateral, including branded templates, social media assets, and website visuals.
- Collaborate with the investment team to craft data-driven infographics, charts, and visuals.
- Maintain and refine the firm’s brand identity and design guidelines for internal and external use.
- Support ad-hoc design needs, such as event materials, one-pagers, or portfolio spotlights.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in venture capital, finance, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in **Figma** and **Framer or Webflow** for designing presentations, websites, and digital experiences.
- Strong ability to communicate complex data and narratives visually.
- Experience designing high-quality pitch decks and presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
