- Recibir a los trabajadores de nuevo ingreso.
- Proporcionar el entrenamiento en la operación según el método de capacitación en el puesto basándose en la documentación del sistema de calidad correspondiente.
- Proporcionar los conocimientos técnicos a cada nuevo operador, basándose en la matriz de conocimientos y habilidades por puesto
- Capacitar a los operadores que están en proceso de cambio a nuevos puestos, conforme lo señalado en puntos 2 y 3.
- Capacitar al personar siempre que haya algún cambio en procedimientos de trabajo.
- Dar retroalimentación al operador sobre aspectos de mano de obra que estén incidiendo en la seguridad y/o la calidad del producto.
- Realizar pruebas prácticas en piso y proporcionar retroalimentación al operador y su supervisor respecto a la ejecución de dicha operación
- Aplicar y calificar exámenes teóricos que apliquen según los procedimientos e instructivos de capacitación ( prh-002, irh-05, irh
- 006, irh-007 )
- Actualizar la matriz de avance de certificación
- Escaneo y archivo físico de evidencias de capacitación
- Dar seguimiento al proceso de integración del nuevo empleado, orientarlo para la resolución de problemas y solicitar el apoyo de los departamentos involucrados en ello.

- Asegurar que se cumplan las normas de calidad, seguridad y productividad en forma disciplinada que motive al personal a mantener un nível de trabajo optimo y de mejora continua.
