Payroll Administrator

This role's salary ranges between $50,000 - 55,000 a year in US Dollars.

**Job Duties**
- Collecting and analyzing payroll and accounting data;
- Ensure accuracy of approved timesheets coming over into our payroll software, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
- Responsibility for updating payroll records; making sure that all records show up to date worker information;
- Responsibility for resolving payroll discrepancies;
- Give suggestions on modification in payroll policies and procedures
- Communication with workers, answering questions and providing guidelines;
- Undertaking payroll audits or providing payroll documents to auditor
- Report to management about asset utilization and audit results
- Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
- Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Upload general ledgers on a weekly basis
- Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
- Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

Pay: $680,000.00 - $850,000.00 per year
