**About the role**:
As a Quality Lead, your dedication to excellence in quality and compliance becomes the backbone of Reckitt's Health Division. Here, you’ll be influencing global health outcomes through meticulous attention to our products and processes. Your expertise will not only maintain the highest standards within our supply and distribution chains but also empower our mission to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Direct the health hub's quality continuous improvement activities, ensuring adherence to up-to-date regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong quality systems, observing and auditing for consistent compliance.
- Establish quality objectives within the hub and provide pivotal feedback on regional performance.
- Serve as a key figure for quality-related information regarding processes and product integrity.
- Champion a 'right first time' approach, aiding the seamless introduction of new processes within the region.
- Strengthen the synergy between global and local teams for consistently high-quality product delivery.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- A proven track record in quality compliance within the healthcare industry.
- Adept with quality management systems and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as Good Distribution Practise (GDP).
- Exceptional communication and influencing talents, particularly in situations where you may not have direct authority.
- Keen auditing abilities, fortified by relevant qualifications, are seen as beneficial.
- Strategic and level-headed when making decisions under pressure, promoting business strategy and change leadership.
- Familiar with digital transformation in R & D and manufacturing to maintaining cutting-edge quality standards.
