**Payroll Analyst**

**Where you will work**:
Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O'Donnell

**What you’ll do**:

- Processes previous revisions to timecards/amendments (absence, OT, schedule changes); this responsibility is expected to diminish as leaders/supervisors transition to automated review and approval of OT and time off requests.
- Imports any non-recurring deductions (glasses, badges, etc.) to the payroll system; maintains tracking to ensure that deduction does not exceed 30% of minimum income.
- Is responsible for gathering recurring deductions (Child Support, Fonacot, Infonavit) and providing to Payroll Coordinators.
- Assigns employee to “termination payroll” in TRESS once termination notification (automated) is received via EC notification to shared mailbox.
- Prepare severance payment checklist to submit to Payroll Coordinator.
- Prepares and manages import and export of WorkForce System file.

**What is required**:

- Bussiness administrator or accounting.
- Advanced English skills.
- Knowledge in payroll - preference in timecard employee, vacation balances, severance payment calculations. Previous payroll process.
