We are looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst, who will support the commercial operations team by analyzing data and providing insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

**What will you do?**

Executes a variety of activities for a commercial segment and/or team. These may include but are not limited to sales forecasting and reporting, product launches, product design changes, customer problem resolution, warranty support, presentation preparation, and customer relationship management.

**How will you do it?**
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and initiatives.
- Support the forecasting process by providing accurate data analysis and insights.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management summarizing key findings and recommendations.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or commercial operations role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
