**Role overview **- Analista Senior para Brand Health Tracking, capaz de entender el brief del cliente/solicitud del estudio, responsable de que el proyecto se ejecute en tiempo y forma, de acuerdo con lo planeado y conforme a los procesos. Responsable de que las especificaciones del proyecto estén claras.
**What will I be doing? - **Liderar las juntas de Kick Off internas para el inicio de los proyectos, revisar los cuestionarios y materiales para asegurar que cumplen con las especificaciones. Dar recomendaciones y observaciones a las solicitudes iniciales y secundarias del cliente basadas en las Best Practices de Ipsos y su propia experiência. Asegurarse que se siguen los procesos y tiempos. Armado de reportes.
**What do I need to bring with me? - **Conocimiento del proceso de investigación de mercado, sobre métodos de recolección de datos (CAWI, CASI, CATI). Dominar conceptos de lectura básica de datos (bases, frecuencias, porcentajes, netos). Conocer conceptos básicos de muestreo (universo, muestra, sobremuestra, cuotas, ponderación). Manejo de MS Office (excel, power point y word). Habilidad para manejar varios proyectos de forma simultánea. Alto grado de resiliencia y adaptabilidad. Atención al detalle. Nível intermedio de inglés, comprensión auditiva, lectura y escritura, para conversaciones con equipos globales. Manejo eficiente de cargas de trabajo propias y cumplir los tiempos de entrega. Capaz de tomar decisiones de manera autónoma en las tareas asignadas conforme a los procesos que son de su entera responsabilidad. Capacidad para proponer alternativas y soluciones sobre posibles desviaciones al plan original. Capacidad de análisis y poder encontrar insights, con ayuda del Manager.

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands in terms of monitoring health and making sure they are on the right course. Clients have their own sales data, we provide them with brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.
