Project Manager

Objetivo del puesto

Coordinar proyectos operativos y tecnológicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, tiempos y calidad. Será responsable de planificar, dar seguimiento y facilitar la comunicación entre equipos, utilizando herramientas ágiles como Jira.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificación y seguimiento de proyectos.
- Coordinación de tareas y recursos entre equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Gestión de cronogramas, riesgos y entregables.
- Uso de Jira para la administración de proyectos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
- Elaboración de reportes de avance y métricas clave.
- Facilitación de reuniones de seguimiento (dailys, retrospectivas, etc.).

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o afín.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência como Project Manager o similar.
- Dominio de Jira (configuración de tableros, flujos de trabajo, reportes).
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Habilidades de comunicación, organización y liderazgo.

Deseable:

- Certificación Scrum Master o PMP.
- Experiência en proyectos de tecnología o transformación digital.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por obra o tiempo determinado
Duración del contrato: 12 meses

Sueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes
