- Developing and training the team, providing regular feedback and performance reviews
**Skills**:
- Detail oriented with ability to handle complex data. Experience in managing confidential data.
- Excellent Customer focus and strong collaboration skills, working in diverse organizations and teams
- Excellent communications skills, including with non-finance people at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
- Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving, and challenging environment
- Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines, able to manage priorities
**Role Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or relevant Finance qualification.
- Two or more years of previous experience working in a Finance or Payroll environment
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (French, Spanish or Portuguese)
- Experience in identifying and driving process improvement
- Excel intermediate level
